Many development projects in Zambia, both government and donor-funded, lack the necessary expertise to properly monitor, evaluate, and assess the impact of their initiatives. This often leads to poorly managed projects with unclear results.

Many organizations, especially SMEs and NGOs around African often lack the knowledge and skills required to effectively plan and execute long-term strategies. This results in disjointed operations, missed growth opportunities, and financial instability.

Chibombo Project

In Chibombo, Zambia, Laria Consultancy & Research Solutions (LCRS) successfully spearheaded an impactful community project that underscored the institution’s dedication to delivering insightful, ground-level research and sustainable solutions.
